Return Policy

Prior to returning anything to Aqua Spa & Pool Supply Ltd. (ASPS) please complete the Return Goods Authorization Form (RGA Form). If the request falls within our guidelines, within approximately 48 hours of receiving the RGA Request form, ASPS will issue a return authorization number. All returns must be shipped prepaid to ASPS unless directed otherwise.

Any collect shipments not approved will be refused. The RGA shipment must be accompanied by a copy of the RGA form showing the authorization number. ASPS will evaluate products to determine if they qualify for repair/replacement under conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.

All items returned are subject to inspection and testing before a credit will be issued. Restocking charge may apply to returns that are not warranty related.
